Our Medium Custom Colour Vinyl Record Cabinet combines generous record storage with understated contemporary design. It provides two dedicated vinyl compartments and a separate opening for your amplifier or hi-fi equipment.

Handmade to order in our Yorkshire workshop, each cabinet pairs a professionally painted body with an individually selected, hand-finished solid oak live edge top. Choose from five cabinet widths, three amplifier opening heights, over 2,000 Valspar colours and four leg finishes.

Depending on the selected width, the cabinet stores approximately 210 to 320 LPs while keeping your turntable, amplifier and collection together in one beautifully made piece of furniture.

Designed Around Your Hi-Fi

Choose from three clear amplifier opening heights:

• Slimline: 112 mm
• Standard: 170 mm
• Large: 200 mm

The amplifier-opening width varies with the selected cabinet width. The standard usable internal depth is approximately 380 mm. If your amplifier or receiver is deeper, we can extend the cabinet depth to suit.

Always check your equipment’s full width, height and depth, allowing additional space for plugs, cables and the manufacturer’s ventilation requirements.

Every cabinet is handcrafted to order in our Yorkshire workshop. From selecting the individual oak top to applying your chosen cabinet colour, each piece is carefully made and finished specifically for you.

Cabinet Dimensions and Capacity

• Width: Choose from 950 mm, 1050 mm, 1150 mm, 1250 mm or 1350 mm
• External depth: Approximately 420 mm, varying slightly with the natural live edge
• Usable internal depth: Approximately 380 mm
• Oak-top thickness: Approximately 33 mm
• Clearance beneath cabinet: Approximately 150 mm
• Slimline option: 112 mm amplifier opening and approximately 680 mm overall height
• Standard option: 170 mm amplifier opening and approximately 738 mm overall height
• Large option: 200 mm amplifier opening and approximately 768 mm overall height
• Maximum top load: 40 kg, evenly distributed

Internal compartment dimensions are shown as width × height × depth.

LP capacity is estimated using an average sleeve thickness of approximately 3.5 mm while allowing room for browsing. Actual capacity will vary depending on gatefold albums, box sets and protective outer sleeves.

The maximum top load assumes that weight is evenly distributed across the solid oak top. The cabinet is not designed to be sat or stood on.

All measurements are approximate. Because every live edge oak top is individually crafted, its exact depth and thickness can vary slightly.

The cabinet shown is 1050 mm wide, finished in Naval Brigade with gold legs.

Choose one of our favourite colours shown in the product gallery, or select from over 2,000 Valspar colours available from the B&Q paint-mixing station.

Once your order has been placed, simply email or message us with the exact Valspar colour name and code.

Colours can appear different on screens and under different lighting. We strongly recommend viewing a physical swatch in your home before making your final choice.

• Natural cracks and imperfections may be filled with a durable two-part filler in a contrasting anthracite tone

• Professionally painted MDF construction
• Protected with a durable, low-sheen lacquer for a long-lasting finish

A Unique Solid Oak Top

Every top is individually selected and hand-finished to highlight the natural grain, knots and live edge of the oak.

Natural variations in grain, colour, knots and edge shape are part of the timber’s character, meaning no two cabinets will ever be exactly alike. The tops shown in the product gallery are examples only. Your cabinet will have its own unique character.

Some room settings and styling elements shown in the gallery are digitally created for presentation. Cabinet proportions, construction and product details are represented as accurately as possible. Paint colours and natural oak can vary under different lighting and between screens.

Above-ground-floor delivery:
Standard delivery assumes that the cabinet is being delivered to the ground floor. Additional charges may apply if delivery is required above ground-floor level. Any additional cost will be agreed before production begins.
